Prior to this, he worked in various leadership positions in the Education, Textile, Semiconductor and Satellite industry’s in Australia and the United States.

Rhys Davies is a Charted Accountant and Chartered Secretary with over 20 year experience as chief financial officer, company secretary and/or director of both ASX-listed and private companies across a range of sectors. Rhys is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Honours degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University in the UK.
